Easy Recipe for Mother's Day
With Mother’s Day around the corner, I ask myself: where do mom’s get the TIME to run a household, manage work and be a shiny image of health and wellness?Women are just amazing! However, I’ve created a 3-step cheat sheet for mom’s (or women like me) who would like healthy meals to be easy and accessible.
….is to always have stock of Happy Earth People in the pantry because it’s the healthy version of 2-minute noodles. This is literally my go-to meal when the fridge is empty and I have no time to get to the shops. I even take it along when I travel as emergency stock.
… is to get some organic food powders. Now, this might sound strange, but trust me it’s a game changer. I use organic vegetable powders from Good Life Organic. In the video recipe below I use organic beetroot powder and mix it with water in order to create a yummy pasta sauce. How fab, healthy and easy is that?
… is to add your veggies of choice. I would either steam some zucchini, mix in some fresh herbs, sprinkle pine nuts and voila! Instant health on a plate within minutes.
